You must first call our office and make an appointment for a technician to assist in connecting to your computer.
Once on the phone, the technician discuss your preferred method of payment and will instruct you to the 'Start Remote Session' link on the right.
You will then be able to discuss your symptoms with the technician over the phone while you watch them diagnose and fix your computer.
Once the repairs are completed... You will simply 'end the session' and the remote software will auto-uninstall itself.
